Customer Delivery Expert

About the Position

We are looking for a skilled and friendly individual to join our team as a customer delivery expert. This role involves delivering high-quality customer service while ensuring seamless grocery deliveries to our customers.

Responsibilities
  • Delivering groceries to customers in a timely and efficient manner, maintaining a clean and organized vehicle.
  • Responding to customer queries and resolving any issues promptly and professionally.
  • Collaborating with colleagues to achieve business objectives and support the overall store operation.
Compensation and Benefits

In recognition of your hard work and dedication, you will receive a competitive hourly wage (£11.50) and a comprehensive benefits package.

Requirements
  1. Possessing a valid driving licence with at least 3 years of driving experience and no more than 6 penalty points.
  2. Demonstrating excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
Working Hours

Our available shifts cover early morning to late evening hours, including weekends.
