We are seeking a highly skilled Test Technician to join our team in Cambourne, Cambridgeshire. The successful candidate will be responsible for contributing to the development of new and existing physical consumer products.
Key Responsibilities:- To test products in our workshop and lab, creating test jigs, assembling prototypes (PCBs, sensors and mechanical assemblies), and reporting results.
- To manage and maintain a broad range of modelmaking equipment, the latest measurement and mechanical test equipment, and prototype PCBA assembly equipment.
- Experience as a test or development technician for electro-mechanical products.
- Working experience of physical consumer product development.
The hourly rate for this role is £16-£26 per hour, depending on experience.
