Communications Manager Position:
We are seeking a skilled professional to develop effective communication strategies and build strong relationships with stakeholders.
The successful candidate will work from a variety of locations, combining office and remote work, to contribute to our team's success.
Main Job Duties:
- Develop and implement comprehensive communication strategies to engage citizens and stakeholders.
- Lead stakeholder engagement and public affairs, ensuring effective representation of CSSIW.
- Build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including media, politicians, and external partners.
- Design and deliver engaging content for diverse channels, such as social media, press releases, and marketing materials.
Required Skills and Experience:
- Degree-level qualification in communications, marketing, or public relations.
- Substantial experience in a similar role, preferably within the public sector.
- Extensive knowledge of the Welsh care sector and its key concerns.
- Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively as part of a team.
