Job Title: Public Law Specialist

We are seeking a skilled Public Law Specialist to join our dynamic team in Cardiff. As a key member of our Public Law & Human Rights team, you will be responsible for supporting experienced solicitors and working closely with the team to handle cases that make a tangible difference in people's lives.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Assist in casework related to public law, judicial reviews, and civil liberties.
  • Review and manage case documentation, including complex reports.
  • Conduct thorough legal research and prepare legal documents and correspondence.
  • Maintain up-to-date client information in the case management system.
  • Liaise with clients, providing empathetic and professional support throughout the legal process.

The successful candidate will have an undergraduate degree or equivalent qualification and prior experience as a paralegal or in public law work is desirable. Exceptional client care skills with a compassionate approach are essential, as well as strong analytical, organisational, and documentation skills. Proficiency in IT with high attention to detail is also required. The salary for this role is up to £25,000 per annum.
