Care Worker

R&V Group Ltd is a leading provider of care services, seeking individuals with exceptional interpersonal skills to fill the role of Care Worker. We are committed to delivering high-quality support to our clients, and we require passionate and dedicated professionals to join our team.
The successful candidate will be responsible for assisting residents with personal care and daily activities, including dressing, incontinence needs, and repositioning. They must be able to use equipment such as hoists, stand aids, and slide sheets safely and effectively.
In addition to providing direct care, the Care Worker will also assist with food and fluid preparation, laundry, cleaning, and maintaining accurate records. Good verbal and written communication skills are essential for this role.
We require the following qualifications and experience:
- DBS check
- National insurance number
- Right to work in the UK
- Previous experience in health and social care
- Manual Handling Practical training
- A valid driving license and access to a car
