About the Role

We are seeking a driven Graduate Quantity Surveyor to join our team at Irwin M&E Limited.

Responsibilities:

  1. Assisting in monthly valuations, maintaining valuation spreadsheets, and liaising with managers.
  2. Setting up and maintaining variation registers for each project and assisting with preparation of variations.
  3. Managing change control with the wider team and responding to queries from clients and main contractors.
  4. Preparing sub-contractor orders and engaging with the supply chain.
  5. Visiting sites in conjunction with contract managers to review variations and valuations.

Key Skills and Qualifications:

  • Excellent time management skills with the ability to work under pressure.
  • Good interpersonal skills to create meaningful reciprocal relationships with colleagues and clients.
  • Computer literate with competency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook.
  • A qualification in quantity surveying or equivalent is desirable.

Salary Range: £28,000 - £42,000 per annum based on location and industry standards.
