Job Summary
VANRATH is pleased to assist a prestigious Modern Company in NI and Ireland with the recruitment of a Business Development Executive. This is an exciting opportunity for a dynamic and results-driven individual to expand our client base within the construction and civils industry.

The successful candidate will be responsible for identifying, prospecting, and cultivating relationships with potential clients while maintaining strong connections with existing clients to drive business growth. A key aspect of this role will be researching and identifying potential clients and key decision-makers in the construction and civils sector, both onshore and offshore.

The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in business development, ideally within the construction and civil engineering industry, although specific industry experience is not essential. Exceptional communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills are also required, along with the ability to travel as needed.

This is a permanent position based in Glengormley - Newtownabbey, with a fully negotiable salary plus bonus and significant progression opportunities, as well as a fantastic benefits package.
