About the Role

We are seeking a talented and enthusiastic Team Member to join our dynamic team at Oliver Bonas. As a Team Member, you will play a vital role in delivering exceptional customer experiences and contributing to the success of our store.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide outstanding customer service, ensuring every customer leaves the store feeling valued and satisfied.
  • Maintain a high level of product knowledge, staying up-to-date on new arrivals and promotions.
  • Develop strong relationships with colleagues, communicating effectively and working collaboratively to achieve team goals.
  • Participate in training and development opportunities, embracing new skills and knowledge to enhance your performance.
  • Take ownership of tasks, setting a positive example for your colleagues and contributing to a productive and efficient store environment.
  • Adhere to operational practices and procedures, ensuring the store runs smoothly and efficiently.
  • Maintain high standards of housekeeping, ensuring the store and external areas are clean and tidy.
  • Support other stores as needed, demonstrating flexibility and a willingness to adapt to changing circumstances.
  • Stay aware of sales targets and store performance, using this information to inform your sales approach and contribute to the store's success.
