Job Description

We are looking for a highly skilled and creative Chef who can prepare high-quality dishes, ensure excellent food presentation, and maintain high standards of kitchen hygiene. Responsibilities include preparing and cooking a variety of dishes according to the menu, ensuring presentation, taste, and portioning meet the restaurant's standards, monitoring food inventory, and collaborating with the kitchen team during busy periods.

Required Skills and Qualifications

  • A minimum of 2 years' experience as a Chef in a busy kitchen environment.
  • In-depth knowledge of various culinary techniques and cuisines.
  • Strong organizational skills and ability to work under pressure.
  • FHAC (Food Hygiene and Safety Certification) level 2 or higher preferred.
  • Flexibility to work evenings and weekends.
