Sales and Administrative Coordinator

About the Role:
Rafferty Resourcing Ltd is seeking a highly organised and detail-oriented Sales Administrator to join our expanding team. As a Sales Administrator, you will be accountable for efficiently and accurately receiving, processing, and completing customer orders.
Key Responsibilities:
- Receive and process customer orders in a timely and accurate manner
- Provide quotations for new and existing customer accounts
- Verify order accuracy and ensure all necessary information is included
- Communicate with customers to confirm order details and resolve any issues
- Coordinate with warehouse and shipping departments to ensure timely order fulfillment
- Maintain accurate records of all orders processed
- Handle customer enquiries and provide excellent customer service
Requirements:
- Preferably experience in order processing, account management or a related field
- Strong organisational and time management skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Attention to detail and ability to work independently
- GCSE passes in English and Maths
What We Offer:
- Hours of work Monday to Friday 8.30 to 4.30 and 9.00am to 5.00pm
