About the Role:

Rafferty Resourcing Ltd is seeking a highly organised and detail-oriented Sales Administrator to join our expanding team. As a Sales Administrator, you will be accountable for efficiently and accurately receiving, processing, and completing customer orders.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Receive and process customer orders in a timely and accurate manner
  • Provide quotations for new and existing customer accounts
  • Verify order accuracy and ensure all necessary information is included
  • Communicate with customers to confirm order details and resolve any issues
  • Coordinate with warehouse and shipping departments to ensure timely order fulfillment
  • Maintain accurate records of all orders processed
  • Handle customer enquiries and provide excellent customer service

Requirements:

  • Preferably experience in order processing, account management or a related field
  • Strong organisational and time management skills
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Attention to detail and ability to work independently
  • GCSE passes in English and Maths

What We Offer:

  • Hours of work Monday to Friday 8.30 to 4.30 and 9.00am to 5.00pm
