About this role:

Job Overview

We are seeking an experienced and compassionate Senior Care Assistant to join our team at a Barchester care home. As a key member of our care staff, you will be responsible for delivering high-quality, person-centred care and support to our residents.

You will work closely with the Deputy General Manager and clinical team to ensure the smooth operation of the care home. This includes supervising and inspiring a team of dedicated Care Assistants, as well as supporting the clinical team in areas such as medication, assessments, care plans, and care reviews.

In return for your dedication, you can expect a competitive salary of £25,000 - £30,000 per annum, depending on experience.
