We are seeking an Advanced Practice Development Lead to join our team and contribute to our improvement journey to becoming an outstanding organisation.

The successful candidate will have experience of managing and leading within a sexual health and contraception setting, as well as evidence of utilising Evidence-Based Practice and Clinical Supervision. You will also have experience of working with staff from different professional disciplines and evidence of practice development.

This is an exciting opportunity to work in a dynamic and innovative environment, where you will have the chance to develop your skills and expertise in a high-performing team. You will work closely with our existing team to provide level 3 integrated sexual health care to a diverse population in North East London.

Estimated Salary: £85,000 - £105,000 per annum (dependent on experience)
