  2. Nurturing relationships with local industry experts and potential clients.
  3. Enhancing your understanding of the financial services sectors in Guernsey, Jersey, and the Isle of Man.
  4. Motivating and leading your team, providing valuable feedback and career guidance.

As a seasoned professional, you will possess excellent analytical skills, familiarity with accounting standards, and proficiency in Microsoft Office tools. Strong communication skills in English are necessary for success in this role.
