Market Talent is seeking an experienced Private Banking Relationship Manager to join our team in London. As a key member of our front office Relationship team, you will be responsible for enhancing relationships with existing customers, building new relationships with potential clients, and promoting our services and products.
Key Responsibilities- Relationship Management: Develop and maintain strong relationships with high net worth individuals, enhancing their banking experience and identifying opportunities to increase our portfolio of deposits and loans.
- Business Development: Identify and pursue new business opportunities, working closely with our marketing team to develop strategies and plans to attract new clients.
- Product and Service Promotion: Promote our private banking services and products to existing and potential customers, ensuring they are aware of our offerings and benefits.
- Investment Opportunities: Explore new commercial and residential investment opportunities in the UK real estate market, introducing them to our clients and managing the post-sanction facility implementation process.
- Credit Applications: Prepare and submit adequate credit applications related to residential or commercial property purchases for approval, managing their implementation in accordance with our credit policy.
- Customer Service: Provide exceptional customer service, responding to customer requests for information, advice, and action in a timely and professional manner.
- Compliance and Risk Management: Ensure compliance with all relevant regulations and laws, maintaining the confidentiality of customer information and adhering to our security protocols.
- Reporting and Analysis: Prepare regular and special reports to departmental management, analyzing customer data and providing insights to inform our business strategy.
- At least 5 years of experience in a Relationship Management or Private Banking support role.
- Native-level proficiency in Arabic.
- Availability to work 5 days a week in our London office.
- Degree holder in a relevant field.
