About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Physiotherapist to join our Acute Paediatric Physiotherapy Service. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for providing high-quality physiotherapy services to children and young people across the Swansea Bay University Health Board areas.

Key Responsibilities
  • Deliver a broad range of interventions, including 1:1 and group sessions, to support the physical and emotional well-being of children and young people.
  • Work collaboratively with children, young people, families, and healthcare professionals to develop and implement effective treatment plans.
  • Supervise and mentor members of the team, as well as receive supervision and mentoring in your role.
  • Contribute to the development of policies and procedures to ensure the delivery of high-quality physiotherapy services.
Requirements
  • Diploma/Degree in Physiotherapy and professional registration with HCPC.
  • Post-registration training in relevant areas and experience of working in paediatric physiotherapy.
  • Knowledge of the workings of paediatric physiotherapy services and involvement in audit, research, and quality issues.
