Motor Claims Specialist

This is an exciting opportunity to join Stride Resource Management Ltd as a Motor Claims Handler. As a key member of the team, you will be responsible for managing the entire claims portfolio for a key client, from small losses to complex and high-value losses.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage the claims process end-to-end, ensuring timely and efficient resolution.
- Handle incoming phone calls and post related to claims, providing accurate and timely updates to clients.
- Advise clients on the claims process and ensure compliance with internal standards and industry best practices.
- Monitor new claims to ensure they are handled within service level agreements and manage associated reports and diaries.
- Collaborate with the Claims Manager to ensure seamless communication and issue resolution.
Requirements:
- Proven experience as a Motor Claims Handler, dealing with commercial and/or corporate clients.
- Strong analytical and decision-making skills, with excellent communication abilities.
- Customer-focused approach and ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
- Ability to work in a hybrid working role, with regular office hours in Croydon.
