About This Role
We are seeking a dedicated Learning Support Mentor to join our team at Samuel Cody School. As a key member of the school community, you will provide individualized support to pupils with Moderate Learning Difficulties and Autism. The ideal candidate will be passionate about creating inclusive learning experiences and have excellent interpersonal skills.

Responsibilities and Requirements
You will work closely with teachers and other support staff to develop and implement personalized plans for pupils. You will be responsible for creating engaging and interactive learning activities that promote pupil progress and well-being. Your positive attitude, patience, and empathy will make a significant difference in the lives of our pupils and their families. We require an enthusiastic and organized individual who is committed to working collaboratively as part of our team, with excellent communication and interpersonal skills, and a passion for working with children and a commitment to providing high-quality learning experiences.
