We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate SEN Teaching Assistant to join our team at beBee Professionals in Farnborough. As a key member of our inclusive learning programs, you will play a vital role in supporting the educational and personal growth of our SEN students.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Collaborate with lead teachers to develop and implement individualized education plans, ensuring students receive tailored support to achieve their full potential.
  • Provide one-on-one assistance to SEN students, facilitating their participation in classroom activities and promoting a supportive learning environment.
  • Monitor student progress, identifying areas of strength and weakness, and making recommendations for adjustments to education plans as needed.
Requirements:
  • Associate's degree in Special Education or a relevant certification.
  • Previous experience working with children with special needs, with a strong understanding of the challenges they face.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with students, teachers, and parents.
