About the Role

We are seeking a dedicated Early Years Learning Support Assistant to work closely with teachers, promoting children's curiosity, social skills, and development through play-based learning and hands-on activities.

Key Responsibilities
  • Support individual learning plans and provide one-on-one or group support
  • Foster a warm and encouraging environment, promoting children's independence and confidence
  • Assist in planning and setting up engaging, age-appropriate activities
  • Monitor and record children's progress, sharing insights with teachers and parents
