Responsibilities:
  • Collaborate with teachers to identify and address the needs of students with special educational needs.
  • Provide one-on-one or small group support to students, adapting instruction to meet their unique needs.
  • Assist in the development and implementation of individualized education plans (IEPs).
  • Foster a positive and inclusive learning environment that promotes social, emotional, and academic growth.
Requirements:
  • Experience working with children with special educational needs.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Patience, empathy, and the ability to build rapport with students.
  • Relevant qualifications in education or SEN support are desirable.
