Education and Wellbeing Assistant

Academics Ltd is seeking a talented and compassionate Education and Wellbeing Assistant to join our team. As a Graduate - Aspiring Child Psychologist, you will work with students aged 4-11 in a Surrey-based Primary school that prioritizes restorative and therapeutic approaches to education and behaviour management.
You will provide essential support to students, including academic and pastoral care, as well as developing social skills and building positive relationships with students. If you are a caring and dedicated individual who is passionate about helping children thrive, we want to hear from you.
About the Role:
- Support students academically and pastorally
- Work 1:1 and in small groups with students
- Able to encourage the development of social skills and support students' individual needs
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
- Attend staff meetings and complete CPD
- Follow safeguarding procedures
We can offer you:
- An estimated salary of £25,000 - £30,000 per annum
