About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Sales Consultant to join our team at Parks - Carlisle. As a Sales Consultant, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer experiences and driving sales growth.

Key Responsibilities
  • Listen and talk to customers to understand their needs and build trust and rapport
  • Be curious and learn about Lexus products and services to provide expert advice
  • Match customers with the right product and maximize opportunities through features and add-ons
  • Guide customers through the buying process and adapt to their approach and buying strategy
  • Encourage customers to experience the product through a test drive
  • Resolve customer issues and ensure a seamless customer journey
  • Maximize sales leads through multiple channels
  • Collaborate with colleagues to provide a seamless service and represent the Lexus brand and values
Requirements
  • A full UK driving licence
  • Eligibility to work in the UK
  • Flexible to work hours required to carry out the role effectively and take on infrequent travel for work and training purposes
  • High standards of verbal and written communication
  • Good level of general education - at least National 5s in English and Maths and ideally Highers (or equivalent)
  • Good IT skills, including MS Word, PowerPoint, and Excel, and social media skills
  • Interests that support your work-life balance
