Role Overview:

Intrum Justitia is seeking a dedicated Call Centre Customer Advisor to join our team in Reigate, Surrey. This role involves providing exceptional customer service and support to clients with financial difficulties.

About the Job:

  • Respond to customer inquiries and concerns in a professional and empathetic manner.
  • Develop and implement tailored solutions to meet customers' needs.
  • Manage customer accounts, ensuring timely responses to their queries and concerns.
  • Easily commute to our Reigate office or work from home with our flexible working pattern.

Key Requirements:

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to build strong relationships with customers.
  • Experience in a customer-facing role, preferably in a call centre environment.
  • Able to handle sensitive conversations and maintain confidentiality.
  • Good numeracy and English literacy skills to understand complex financial products and solutions.

Compensation and Benefits:

  • Competitive starting salary of £23,850 with OTE up to £27,427 (bonus paid monthly, subject to performance).
