We're looking for a talented Telephony and Customer Experience Advisor to join our team in Hull.

The successful candidate will be responsible for handling customer calls, emails and online chats, resolving issues promptly and efficiently. Key responsibilities include:

  • Providing exceptional customer service through effective communication and problem-solving skills.
  • Working with various systems, including Salesforce, online telephony platforms and other software to support our customer base.
  • Meeting performance targets and maintaining high levels of customer satisfaction.

We offer a competitive salary of £25,000 - £30,000 per annum, plus benefits including 25 days holiday, private medical insurance and life assurance.
