Job Description

This is a fantastic opportunity to work for Sky, a leading media and telecommunications company. As a Retail Sales Advisor, you will be responsible for promoting and selling Sky products to customers in a retail environment.

Your main responsibilities will include:

  • Selling Sky products and services to customers with a salary range of £25,000 - £30,000 per annum.
  • Developing and maintaining product knowledge and expertise to ensure exceptional customer satisfaction.
  • Providing excellent customer service and experience by responding to customer inquiries and resolving issues promptly.
  • Working collaboratively as part of a team to achieve sales targets and improve customer satisfaction ratings.

Key Skills and Qualifications:

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced retail environment.
  • Knowledge of Sky products and services.
  • Previous sales experience is desirable but not essential.
