Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior IFA Administrator to join our administration team. As a key member of our team, you will provide exceptional support to our highly performing IFAs, working closely with paraplanners and sales support to deliver outstanding results.

Key Responsibilities
  1. Prepare comprehensive Suitability Reports that meet the highest standards of quality and accuracy.
  2. Liaise with product providers to gather pension and investment information for replacement contracts, ensuring seamless execution and timely delivery.
  3. Provide technical support to the team, offering expert paraplanning and research assistance to drive business growth.
  4. Conduct market research on behalf of our advisers, providing valuable insights to inform business decisions.
  5. Assist in ongoing due diligence reviews of investment funds and platforms, ensuring our clients receive the best possible advice.
  6. Offer dedicated support to our Financial Adviser and MD, providing administrative expertise and guidance as needed.
Requirements

To succeed in this role, you will require technical report writing experience within an IFA or provider, with a solid understanding of pensions and investments. Proficiency in research tools such as FE Analytics is highly desirable, as is knowledge of Intelligent Office. As a committed and enthusiastic individual, you will bring new ideas and a flexible approach to our team, contributing to our continued success.
