IFA Support Administrator Opportunity
We are seeking an experienced IFA Support Administrator to join our growing wealth management business in Glasgow. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional support to our advisers and clients.
Key Responsibilities:
- Work closely with advisers to ensure timely and accurate responses to clients
- Liaise with product providers to obtain illustrations and application forms
- Produce portfolio valuations and send Letters of Authority
- Provide a friendly and professional point of contact for clients and enquiries
Requirements:
- Minimum 1 year experience in financial services administration
- Strong communication and organizational skills
- Ability to work flexibly and support a dynamic team
- Opportunity for further qualifications and study leave
What We Offer:
- Salary up to £32k depending on experience
- Pension and death in service benefits
- 25 days holiday per annum
- Support for further qualifications and study leave
