IFA Support Administrator Opportunity

We are seeking an experienced IFA Support Administrator to join our growing wealth management business in Glasgow. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional support to our advisers and clients.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Work closely with advisers to ensure timely and accurate responses to clients
  • Liaise with product providers to obtain illustrations and application forms
  • Produce portfolio valuations and send Letters of Authority
  • Provide a friendly and professional point of contact for clients and enquiries

Requirements:

  • Minimum 1 year experience in financial services administration
  • Strong communication and organizational skills
  • Ability to work flexibly and support a dynamic team
  • Opportunity for further qualifications and study leave

What We Offer:

  • Salary up to £32k depending on experience

  • 25 days holiday per annum
