Financial Services Administrator

The IFA Administrator is a key role within our team, responsible for providing administrative support to our Advisers across a range of financial services. This includes investment, protection, and pensions, as well as other areas of financial planning.
Key Responsibilities- Client Contact: Manage client relationships, including phone calls, meetings, and correspondence.
- Diary Management: Organize and manage Adviser diaries, ensuring timely appointments and meetings.
- Client Reviews: Prepare meeting packs, client agreements, and agendas for client reviews.
- Client Communications: Draft client communications, including suitability reports, and ensure timely delivery.
- Post-Meeting Actions: Manage post-meeting actions, including follow-up tasks and correspondence.
- Technology Support: Utilize existing and new technology to deliver support in a profitable manner.
- Support to Managing Director: Provide administrative support to the Managing Director, as required.
- Diary Management and Inbox Oversight: Manage the Adviser's diary and inbox, ensuring timely responses to client queries.
- Meeting Agendas and Papers: Prepare meeting agendas and papers, as required.
- Client Work: Work closely with clients to understand their needs and provide administrative support.
- MS Office Applications: Proficient in all MS Office applications, platforms, and websites.
- Cashcalc, FE Analytics, and Dynamic Planner: Experienced in using these tools to support financial planning and analysis.
- Financial Services Products and Regulation: Understanding and knowledge of financial services products, providers, and regulation.
