Job Summary

The IFA Administrator is a key role within our team, responsible for providing administrative support to our Advisers across a range of financial services. This includes investment, protection, and pensions, as well as other areas of financial planning.

Key Responsibilities
  1. Client Contact: Manage client relationships, including phone calls, meetings, and correspondence.
  2. Diary Management: Organize and manage Adviser diaries, ensuring timely appointments and meetings.
  3. Client Reviews: Prepare meeting packs, client agreements, and agendas for client reviews.
  4. Client Communications: Draft client communications, including suitability reports, and ensure timely delivery.
  5. Post-Meeting Actions: Manage post-meeting actions, including follow-up tasks and correspondence.
  6. Technology Support: Utilize existing and new technology to deliver support in a profitable manner.
  7. Support to Managing Director: Provide administrative support to the Managing Director, as required.
  8. Diary Management and Inbox Oversight: Manage the Adviser's diary and inbox, ensuring timely responses to client queries.
  9. Meeting Agendas and Papers: Prepare meeting agendas and papers, as required.
  10. Client Work: Work closely with clients to understand their needs and provide administrative support.
Experience and Knowledge
  1. MS Office Applications: Proficient in all MS Office applications, platforms, and websites.
  2. Cashcalc, FE Analytics, and Dynamic Planner: Experienced in using these tools to support financial planning and analysis.
  3. Financial Services Products and Regulation: Understanding and knowledge of financial services products, providers, and regulation.
