Remote Customer Service Administrator - Financial Services Bereavement Team

We are seeking a skilled and empathetic Remote Customer Service Administrator to join our Financial Services Bereavement Team. As a key member of our team, you will provide exceptional customer service and support to customers during a sensitive and emotional time.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Contact customers via telephone, letter, and email to provide a first-class service and positive experience
  • Scan ID and verify documentation onto our in-house system
  • Process legal paperwork and death certificates
  • Close accounts and process payments
  • Assist with Inheritance Tax queries
  • Provide full administration support at all times
  • Take general enquiries regarding estates and closures
Requirements:
  • Excellent attention to detail
  • First-class communication skills
  • Experience working in a sensitive or empathetic manner
  • Ability to manage your own workload
  • Ability to work on your own initiative
What We Offer:
  • Weekly pay with an hourly rate of £12.09ph
  • Attractive holiday allowance of 39.5 days a year
  • Remote working with occasional on-site visits
