About the Role

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented individual to join our team as a Pension and Investment Administrator. As a key member of our Platform area, you will be responsible for processing customer and IFA requests, ensuring accuracy and attention to detail, and maintaining excellent communication skills.

Key Responsibilities
  • Process customer and IFA requests in a timely and accurate manner
  • Ensure compliance with regulatory and client requirements
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with customers and colleagues
  • Work effectively in a fast-paced environment with high volumes
  • Utilize Microsoft applications, particularly Excel and OneNote, to manage workload and identify opportunities for improvement

Requirements
  • Excellent organizational, administration, and customer service skills

  • Previous experience in an administrative and/or customer service/financial services role
