Job Overview

We are seeking a Governance Manager to join our team. The successful candidate will have strong experience in consulting, corporate governance, or sustainability, preferably with research skills, project management abilities, and excellent analytical thinking.

Main Responsibilities
  • Manage client engagements and teams conducting research and preparing deliverables;
  • Be responsible for materials, presentations, reports, policies, and proposals;
  • Maintain and develop client relationships;
  • Contribute to the firm's reputation; and
  • Develop corporate governance knowledge and tools.
Requirements
  • A Master's degree or equivalent in Finance, Organisation and Business Management, Economics, Science or Law;
  • A genuine interest in corporate governance, organisational design, environmental and social issues;
  • Strong project management and analytical thinking abilities;
  • Research acumen and advanced data analysis skills;
  • Impeccable drafting, communication, and presentation skills;
  • Ability to work independently and prioritise tasks;
  • A true team spirit and a curious mindset.
  • Excellent written and spoken English is essential; fluency in another language (French, Arabic, German or Russian) is an asset.
