About the Role

We are currently seeking a highly skilled and organized individual to join our European Legal team as a Global Governance Specialist. This is a fantastic opportunity to work with a talented team of lawyers and contribute to the success of our organization.

The successful candidate will be responsible for coordinating Board and governance arrangements for PIMCO's operating entities and funds within the EMEA region, as well as managing related legal team processes.

Key Responsibilities
  • Board and Governance Coordination: Coordinate the arrangement of Boards and governance structures for operating entities and funds, ensuring compliance with corporate filing requirements.
  • Legal Support and Project Involvement: Provide support for various legal functions and projects, such as enhancing legal team processes, contributing to regulatory implementation projects, and responding to internal audit and regulatory engagement requests.

With a competitive salary of around £60,000 - £70,000 per annum, depending on experience, this is an excellent opportunity to advance your career in a dynamic and growing organization.
