Job Title: Senior Human Resources Advisor

Job Summary:

Kingswood Group is seeking a Senior Human Resources Advisor to join their HR team. The successful candidate will work closely with the business and line managers to advise on a variety of HR issues.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Working closely with the business and line managers to advise on a variety of HR issues
  • Guiding and influencing line managers
  • Providing high-quality HR support and guidance
  • Managing ER cases end to end
  • Creating offer letters and paperwork
  • Ensuring policy and procedure documents are kept up to date
  • Producing MI and reporting as required
  • General HR Administration duties including producing employee letters and documentation
  • Ad-hoc HR project work

Requirements:

  • Recent experience operating as a Senior HR Advisor or equivalent
  • Experience working in a professional services environment
  • Demonstrable experience managing ER cases end-to-end
  • TUPE experience - preferred
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
  • Confident in dealing with senior stakeholders to influence and guide
  • CIPD qualified or working towards

Working Arrangements:

The role will be office-based initially, with hybrid working available after an initial period.
