Kingswood Group are supporting a growing business in Chelmsford to recruit a Senior HR Advisor on a permanent basis.


This is a fantastic opportunity to join a highly regarded and collaborative HR team, offering the chance to make a real impact.


Duties to include:

  • Working closely with the business and line managers to advise on a variety of HR issues
  • Guiding and influencing line managers
  • Providing high quality HR support and guidance
  • Managing ER cases end to end
  • Creating offer letters and paperwork
  • Ensuring policy and procedure documents are kept up to date
  • Producing MI and reporting as required
  • General HR Administration duties including producing employee letters and documentation
  • Ad-hoc HR project work


Essential experience required

  • Recent experience operating as a Senior HR Advisor or equivalent
  • Experience working in a professional services environment
  • Demonstrable experience managing ER cases end-to-end
  • TUPE experience - preferred
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
  • Confident in dealing with senior stakeholder to influence and guide
  • CIPD qualified or working towards


The role will be office based initially, with hybrid working available after an initial period.
