Mental Health Support Associate

Our organisation understands the challenges individuals face when seeking help. As a Group Support Volunteer, you will work closely with others to sponsor individuals towards recovery.
About the Role- Participate in our group programs, held weekly, to promote foundations of recovery and recovery capital.
To succeed in this role, you should have basic computer literacy, enabling you to manage digital tools, complete online courses, and access our client database.
What We Offer- A thorough induction process combining virtual training and classroom sessions to ensure a smooth transition.
- The chance to gain practical experience supporting diverse individuals.
All volunteers must undergo an enhanced DBS check.
Familiarity with local community services is beneficial.
Compensation and BenefitsThis is an unpaid volunteer position, but you will receive:
- A complimentary DBS check and disclosure document.
- Ongoing guidance and support.
- The opportunity to develop new skills and increase your employability.
You must be at least 18 years old and able to dedicate time to volunteering.
Please note that this role requires a DBS check at an enhanced level.
We estimate a salary of £22,000-£28,000 per annum based on national averages and location factors.
