Job Overview:

We are seeking an exceptional Chief Administrative Officer to take co-founder level responsibility for building an innovative tech company. As a general manager, you will be responsible for driving profit, revenue, cash, and quality targets. Your role will also involve building, leading, and motivating a high-performing team, identifying opportunities for improvement, and managing key stakeholder relationships.

Qualifications and Requirements:

  • You have a strong desire to found a company but require support in finding the right idea and getting it off the ground.
  • You hold an outstanding degree or MBA from a top-tier university.
  • You have gained experience in a top-tier consulting, investment banking, or private equity firm, or as a senior manager in a successful venture-backed technology start-up.
  • You possess a proven track record of personal, academic, and professional achievements.
  • You can effectively work independently, structured, and goal-oriented.
  • You have a high comfort level with analytics, numbers, and making decisions based on intuition and data.
  • You are a team player with ambition.
  • You are fluent in English.

Compensation Package:
