Quality Performance Coordinator

We are seeking a Quality Performance Coordinator to join our team in Greater Manchester. As a key member of our customer service operation, you will be responsible for improving quality performance and driving business growth.
The ideal candidate will have a strong background in customer service, with experience in dealing with customer complaints and creating positive resolutions. You will be IT literate and numerate, with excellent verbal and written communication skills.
This is an exciting opportunity to work with a major player in the kitchen and bedroom manufacturing industry. You will be part of a growing business that values quality performance and customer satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities:
- Improve quality performance by analysing data and identifying trends
- Develop and implement quality improvement strategies
- Liaise with procurement, sales, production, and warehouse departments
- Escalate issues to operations manager and departmental leads
Requirements:
- Customer service background with a clear understanding of dealing with customer concerns
- Experience in the kitchen and bedroom manufacturing industry advantageous
- IT literate and numerate
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Able to communicate with customers and colleagues to extract and provide relevant information
Salary: Circa £27,500 per annum
