**Job Summary**
We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Estate Administrator to join our team at Herriard Park. As a key member of our office team, you will be responsible for managing the day-to-day operations of our estate, including bookkeeping, utilities, and property maintenance.
**Key Responsibilities**
- Manage the bookkeeping of the Herriard Home Farm Partnership, including three bank accounts and a small property portfolio.
- Assist the Estate Bookkeeper with tasks such as year-end accounts and holiday cover.
- Investigate and agree new utility contracts, read meters, and recharge tenants as needed.
- Handle First Aid and Health & Safety aspects, including checking first aid boxes and PAT testing.
- Schedule and update property maintenance tasks with the Property Manager.
- Issue permits for Riding, Walking, and Metal detecting on the estate.
- Book park visits and events, and assist with School visits.
- Maintain key inventory, telephone contact lists, and the Estate welcome pack.
- Update data on the property management system, Landmark.
- Ensure approved contractor records are up to date.
**Requirements**
- Strong computer skills, including Word, Excel, and accounting packages.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Flexibility to work 2-4 days or 16-24 hours a week.
