Job Overview

We are seeking a highly skilled EPR Transformation Manager to drive the successful adoption of our new Electronic Patient Record (EPR) system. This key role will lead change initiatives, ensuring seamless system implementation and embedding best practices across the organization.

Key Responsibilities
  • Change Management Leadership: Develop and deliver comprehensive change management strategies to support EPR system implementation.
  • Stakeholder Engagement: Build strong relationships with clinical and non-clinical staff, ensuring their needs are integrated into EPR system design and roll-out.
  • Training and Support: Oversee the development of training programs and materials, ensuring all users are confident and competent in using the new system.
  • Project Coordination: Collaborate with IT, clinical teams, and other stakeholders to ensure seamless integration and alignment with organizational goals.
  • Benefits Realization: Monitor and report on key performance indicators, ensuring the project delivers measurable improvements in patient care and operational efficiency.
  • Risk Management: Identify potential challenges and implement mitigation strategies to ensure project timelines and goals are met.
Essential Qualifications and Experience
  • Proven experience in leading change initiatives, ideally within the healthcare sector.
  • Strong knowledge of Electronic Patient Record systems and their implementation.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to influence and motivate diverse teams.
  • Professional certification in change management (e.g., Prosci, APMG) is highly desirable.
  • Demonstrable experience in delivering training programs and engaging stakeholders at all levels.
Estimated Salary:

£65,000 - £80,000 per annum.
