Job Title: Medical & Surgical Ward Nurses - NHS Hospital

We are seeking a highly skilled and compassionate Registered Nurse to join our Neuro Rehabilitation team at the West Berkshire Community Hospital. As a key member of our multidisciplinary team, you will be responsible for delivering high-quality nursing care to patients with complex neurological conditions.

About the Role

The successful candidate will have a strong background in acute clinical environments and a passion for rehabilitation. You will be expected to undertake comprehensive nursing assessments, develop and implement individualized care plans, and evaluate patient outcomes. Additionally, you will have the opportunity to teach and supervise junior staff, students, and non-registered nursing workforce.
