About the Role

We are seeking an experienced administrator to join our Agreements Team in our Head Offices in Solihull as an Agreements Coordinator. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for managing the administrative workflows of Market Rent Only (MRO) and cyclical rent reviews, as well as permanent or material variations to agreement terms for our Pub Partners estate and lease assignments.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage the administration of MRO processes and rent review processes
  • Administer the assignment process for all leases
  • Administer the new let process for free-of-tie leases
  • Administer MSA and intercompany leases
  • Administer all variations to existing agreements, including deed of variations, lease assignments, and side letters
  • Record information on internal systems, check approval levels, and adherence to company policy and the Pubs Code
  • Ensure agreements are completed with accurate legal documentation and ingoing funds collected and processed
  • Administer correspondence received in the Pubs Code mailbox
  • Maintain customer details, rent schedules, and agreement information on the company database accurately and within agreed timescales
