Fenestration Sales Expert

Chase Taylor Recruitment Ltd is partnering with a leading fenestration business to find an experienced Regional Sales Manager. This high-end company specializes in manufacturing and supplying skylights, roof lights, and large glass roofs for the commercial, retail, and domestic markets.
About the RoleThis role offers a unique opportunity to increase the company's profile and contribute to its success. The ideal candidate will have a solid background in sales within the fenestration industry, with experience selling into architects, specifiers, and contractors.
The successful candidate will be responsible for developing and delivering a comprehensive regional sales plan that targets profitable growth from specification, project, and customer leads, relationships, and quotations.
Key Responsibilities- Identify new customers, establish contact, and initiate the sales process.
- Travel to sites or customers' offices as required to build relationships and close deals.
- Liaise with various departments, including sales, technical, finance, warehousing, and logistics, to ensure seamless collaboration.
- Work closely with the marketing department to develop strategies and agree on promotions.
- Qualifications in economics or industrial engineering are desirable.
- Prior experience in the fenestration industry and product knowledge of windows and doors are essential.
- Proficiency in using MS Office packages and ERP/CRM systems is necessary.
- A forward-thinking and sales-driven individual with excellent communication skills.
- Ability to travel regularly.
The salary for this position is estimated at £60,000 - £80,000 per annum, depending on experience. Additional benefits include:
- 25 days holiday per annum.
- Car allowance.
- Performance bonus up to 25% of salary.
