About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced sales professional to join our team at Lillicoco. As a Jewellery Sales Expert, you will be responsible for handling sales enquiries from introduction to close across various platforms.

The ideal candidate will have a strong track record of delivering over target in a sales environment and experience in the jewellery industry with an understanding of gemstones and precious metals.

With excellent attention to detail, organisation, and time management skills, you will be confident in using content management systems and spreadsheets. You will also be able to demonstrate exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal.

This is a permanent, full-time role, working Monday to Friday 8am – 5pm (40 hours per week) with flexitime available. You will be based in our office, where you will regularly handle jewellery in person to answer sales and customer service enquiries.
