About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled MuleSoft API Developer to join our client's Data Engineering team within their IT department. As a key member of the team, you will be responsible for designing, implementing, and maintaining complex data engineering solutions to acquire and prepare data.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in API Development & Management on the MuleSoft API Platform, with established experience in a Data Engineering (or equivalent) role. You will also have strong SQL scripting capability and practical experience of databases, as well as data modeling skills and experience of applying data quality standards.

Key Responsibilities
  • Work with the MuleSoft API platform to facilitate new implementations of the society's API services.
  • Design, implement, and maintain complex data engineering solutions to acquire and prepare data.
  • Create and maintain data pipelines to connect data within and between data stores, applications, and organisations.
  • Monitor cross-integration performance statistics by creating reports and customising OOTB solutions on various platforms.
  • Identify and investigate complex problems/issues and recommend corrective actions.
