About the Role
This is a customer-facing position that requires a positive and friendly attitude, excellent communication skills, and the ability to adapt to each customer's needs.
The ideal candidate will have a smart appearance, be confident, and enjoy working in a fast-paced environment with a drive to succeed.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide exceptional customer service and build lasting relationships with customers.
- Engage with customers, offer refreshments, and encourage them to browse the showroom.
- Work closely with the marketing team to ensure the showroom looks its best.
- Be proactive in resolving customer queries and concerns.
What We Offer
As a Centre Host, you will receive a competitive salary package, 30 days of holiday (inclusive of bank holidays, pro rata), and other benefits, including a staff car scheme and contributory workplace pension scheme.
