We are looking for an experienced Administrator to join our team in Dagenham, UK. The ideal candidate will be highly organized and efficient, with excellent communication and organizational skills.
Job DescriptionThe successful candidate will be responsible for providing administrative support to our team, including handling incoming calls, emails, and correspondence. They will also maintain office supplies and equipment inventories, prepare and edit documents, reports, and presentations, and coordinate meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements.
In addition, the Administrator will manage office filing systems and databases, assist with the organization of company events and training sessions, and support various departments with ad-hoc administrative tasks.
