Community Support Lead

We are seeking an experienced and passionate individual to join our team as a Supported Living Manager, where you will have the opportunity to lead and manage a dedicated team of caregivers who provide person-centered support to individuals with learning disabilities and autism.
Your Key Responsibilities Will Include:
- Leading and managing a team to deliver exceptional care and support.
- Developing and implementing personalized care plans tailored to individual needs.
- Ensuring compliance with all regulatory requirements and best practice guidelines.
- Fostering a positive and inclusive environment for both staff and service users.
- Liaising with families, healthcare professionals, and other stakeholders to coordinate care.
We Are Looking For Someone Who Has:
- Proven experience in managing supported living services or similar settings.
- A strong understanding of learning disabilities, autism, and behaviours that challenge.
- Knowledge of relevant legislation and regulatory requirements.
What We Offer:
- A competitive salary range of £40,000 - £45,000 per annum.
