Job Title: Female Paediatric Complex Care Nurse- Community Based
About the Role:
Thornbury Community Services is recruiting an experienced paediatric nurse to provide bespoke care and support to a young person in the Nottingham area.
Key Responsibilities:
- Delivering high-quality care and support to a child with a complex medical condition
- Developing and implementing personalized care plans to promote independence and well-being
- Collaborating with the child's family and healthcare team to ensure seamless care coordination
- Providing education and support to the child and their family on managing their condition
Requirements:
- Minimum 12 months of UK-based experience as a paediatric nurse
- Recent experience in key skills such as Bag and Valve Mask ventilation, Nasal Pharyngeal Suctioning, and Chest Physiotherapy
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
