Job Title: Children's Complex Care Nurse

Location: Community Based

Shifts: Nights Tuesday to Friday

We are seeking a skilled Pediatric Nurse to deliver bespoke care and support to young people with complex needs, enabling them to stabilise at home and achieve personal goals. The ideal candidate will have UK-based experience in complex care and be able to commit to at least 3 nights a week.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Deliver high-quality care and support to young people with complex needs
  • Work collaboratively with the client's family and healthcare team to develop and implement individualised care plans
  • Administer medication, perform medical procedures, and provide emotional support as needed
  • Participate in ongoing training and professional development to stay up-to-date with best practices in complex care

Requirements:

  • Minimum 12 months of UK-based experience in complex care
  • Passion, resilience, and highly skilled in providing care to young people with complex needs
  • Ability to commit to at least 3 nights a week
  • Full COVID-19 vaccination
