Strategic Talent Researcher

We are seeking a highly skilled Talent Intelligence Partner to join our team at Amazon Business EU SARL (UK). As a key member of our Talent Acquisition team, you will play a critical role in driving location and talent/hiring strategies globally.
The ideal candidate will have a strong background in corporate research, intelligence, talent analytics, or consulting, and will be able to work independently to research, analyze data and create innovative geo-talent solutions to determine the best locations to grow our businesses.
Key Responsibilities- Contribute to the Knowledge Base: Provide education on relevant industries and talent pools to our Talent Acquisition teams and Amazon.
- Conduct Research: Conduct research which impacts TA's ability to successfully recruit & retain talent globally.
- Develop Site Strategy Documents: Write well-researched, data-driven site strategy documents to contribute to organizational goals (cost savings, diversity, access to talent etc...).
- Location Analysis: Inspect and analyze locations based on data and analytics to identify the most optimal geographies for site expansion per business needs.
- Collaboration: Work across the organization with key stakeholders such as Human Resources, Compensation, and the Business to ensure a superior client and candidate experience.
As a Talent Intelligence Partner, you will have the opportunity to:

To be successful in this role, you will need:
- Corporate Research Experience: A strong background in corporate research, intelligence, talent analytics, or consulting.
- Master's Degree or Equivalent: A Master's degree or equivalent work experience.
- Data-Driven Decision Making: The ability to use hard data and metrics to back up assumptions and evaluate outcomes.
